"Bought this knife as it was on a half price sale after Xmas. I was planning to get the classic but went for the crafter range instead. And wow!!! What a knife!!! I am a professional chef and I have tried a few knives similar to this before. First off it was beautiful when I open its box. Much nicer than it looks on the online photos. And then I used it and I was seriously impressed!!! Very smooth cuts with barely any force needed. Highly recommended!!!"
