Mixed Fruit & Muesli Bowl
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1/2 cup muesli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peeled, sliced banana
- 1/2 cup sliced plum
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/2 cup peeled, diced honeydew melon
- 1/4 cup peeled, sliced kiwi
- 2 tablespoons blueberries
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- (Optional) 2 tablespoons popped amaranth
Directions

Mix the muesli with the milk in a medium serving bowl or in two individual bowls.

In a second medium bowl, gently toss the banana, plum, apple, melon, kiwi, and blueberries with the lemon juice.

Pile the fresh fruit on top of the soaked muesli.

Pile the fresh fruit on top of the soaked muesli. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and popped amaranth, if using.
